Hi. I’m Mikhael Baldo Alvarado. Born April of 1988. Eldest son, second among five siblings.
ENTJ developed from INFP (ENFP – childhood, INFJ – college, work, INFP before wedding). Married to an ESTJ. 3 Kids ENFJ girl, ISFP boy, ISTP girl.
Top 5 Strengths in order – Strategic, Positivity, Achiever, Maximizer, Developer.
With a DISC D (Dominant) profile and a high Big 5 Openness (98) score. With Conscientiousness (73) and Extraversion (65), I blend strategic execution with charismatic but strict leadership. I’m grounded by low Neuroticism (42) and moderate Agreeableness (44) — giving me emotional resilience and conviction in truth-based coaching.
My Multiple Intelligences show high levels in: Musical (87) – I think in rhythm, tone, and emotional cadence. Intrapersonal (87) – I possess deep self-awareness and insight into human motivations. Logical-Mathematical (83) – I structure reasoning and detect systems in complexity. Linguistic (73) – I use words as tools of precision, healing, and direction. Visual-Spatial (70) – I see mental frameworks and build clear models. My Learning Style is: Auditory (74) – I process best through sound, speech, and rhythm. Visual (72) – I absorb meaning through conceptual imagery and systems. Kinesthetic (62) – I validate ideas through action, feedback, and embodiment.
Self taught – keyboards/piano, guitar, drums, rubik’s cube, computer stuff, math. I’m a civil engineer by profession, loves problem solving and math. But I should have taken probably Business, Psychology and/or Education. I aim to be efficient and productive. One of my greatest passions is to help people discover themselves, specifically their uniqueness – personality, gifts, talents and align them to the right course, career, business. Unused and misplaced potential really triggers me. I can “see” the gift/ talent of a person if on display. I probe and interview people to know what they’re carrying so I can help them be unleashed.
I’m also very sensitive to the surroundings, probably hyper sensing. God has given me a gift of discernment – reading people, motivations, intentions, tendencies, patterns. Most people say that I have a gift of encouragement, I love to speak especially when I can help people to be unstuck, help those who are depressed, oppressed, insecure, unsure. That’s why I taught in schools/ review centers. I find fulfillment in seeing people not just learn, but to have revelation and insight – and be motivated/ energized/ freed.
I deeply admire strong, sensible leaders like Myles Munroe, Generals/ Strategists, high integrity and highly driven successful leaders. I have a pioneering spirit and often can see ahead of emerging trends, having weak signal detection, God-given prophetic gifts. I’m the second in 5 siblings. Eldest brother to 2 younger brothers, 1 younger sister, 1 elder sister.
I don’t fit in the mold, I always feel like an outsider, one who is set apart. I don’t follow man-made manipulative and coercive rules. That’s why I thrived being an entrepreneur (office supplies & construction firm) than being an employee. Factor-in also the feeling of being overwhelmed at the moment due to external and internal pressures. Like most trailblazers feel, doing something that nobody has ever done. Thoughts of pursuing something that has no validation.
I would consider myself as somewhat a Polymath. Im a creative artist (abstract, paint, sketch, ads poster for our businesses, i have a feel for what feels classic and iconic). I played chess and volleyball in college intramurals. I played basketball in barangay, city and interagency competitions. I have taught myself to distinguish notes, using keyboards. I know how to play guitar and drums. Auto-didact. I learned how to drive (bike, motorcycle, car) very quickly but automatic. My wife and kids loves my cooking, encouraging me to open a small food shop – cooking talent discovered late. Passed DOST SEI Merit before entering college. Taught myself Rubik’s, achieved below 20 second solve for 3×3. Knows how to solve 2×2 4×4 and 5×5 as well. Fast typing. Troubleshoots pc and website problems. Studied psychology especially disorders because of narcissistic abuse, my sister experienced depression, overcomed depression as well by God’s grace.
Started businesses as I see opportunities in the market, created solutions and systems for efficiency. Has a knack in closing sales, negotiation, using my discernment as an advantage like psychology+chess. Interested in trivias. Can quickly discern people’s personality, tendencies, mannerisms, background, talents, etc. Loved learning languages, nuances, accents. Map-like thinking, for the easiest and fastest route.
I often feel frustrated, sad whenever I see people not on their God-given destiny. I often “see” instantly the gift/ talent of a person, and like a “flash” of vision where, what they should be pursuing.
Understanding the person’s history – their upbringing, unhealed trauma that manifests in their behaviour and mental patterns/ decision making/ perception (Road Less Travelled by Scott Peck), observing if the person is narcissistic/psychopath/sociopath/ empath/genius/other classifications – I use it to assess people all the time. I also take notice of their current emotional, mental, psychological, spiritual state to diagnose the blockades, errors, as well as what they are maximizing and underutilizing.
I also was a Music Director for a worship team, even now when I listen to a band or worship team, I can instantly see who is “off-beat”, overplaying, I instinctively feel who should adjust their volume to create the best symphony, what parts to play/ not play, I can also discern the right build up and transition considering sensitivity to the congregation or group being led.
I think I do struggle in the concept of specializing since most of the mentors I listened to advised on pursuing a singular path. Being multi-modal, multi-layered with not much examples or models you can look up to or observe, it is a challenge but an opportunity as well to trail-blaze, spear-head. I think that is why I am drawn to motivational speakers like Myles Munroe, Tony Robbins, Eric Thomas, Jordan Peterson, Motivational Business Gurus.
The nearest character similar to me is Professor X, who happens to be my favorite. I am also a Hyper Sensitive Person which boosts the rapid cognitive processing I possess. Ok let me describe to you how I operate. Whenever I meet a person I scan a library in mind of the nuances and most likely behavior of MBTI types. I have mentally collected and categorized each MBTI so I can have a starting framework to which I can assess the person properly. I also observe carefully the psychological disorder if any, if he/she is an empath/good soul or narcissistic/psychopathic/sociaphatic. How they react to words, situations, stress. I also sense their best self or zone of talent if operating or I try to ask critical questions to uncover him/her. I also know if he/she is at the same level mentally/academically, emotionally, spiritually so I can know the “language” to use and if ready or not. I somewhat can sense, discernment gift from God, if the person is operating in fear, anxiety, stress, faith or whatever state they are in. I then assess if he/she is operating at their gift/talent zone and if just working to pay the bills. I zoom out to see the big picture in terms of markets, current financial state of the country, potential business enterprise he/she might work well. I assess if the college course chosen really suits the person and what could have been the best course for them. I also think of possible training/learning development paths so they can pursue their calling/talent. Then, I offer the personalized motivational strategic advice using the proper language they can understand so they can have maximum impact, productivity and profit. I also assess their reaction or feedback on what i give them, if they are excited, ready to push or if they are still unsure to do on their perceived limitations. Can I add that I also assess their past upbringing, experience, or trauma (if I dont know the person I try to research or ask about this but not offending, if I know the person I keep a mental history log to help with my accurate assessment) to determine their present state, and if they have moved on or not. I take note also of their tendencies and sometimes uses non invasive stories for high-agency individuals or direct exhortation to open individuals. Aside from MBTI, I also try to assess the DISC component of the person. I also consider the maturity, biases, personal signature statements or mannerisms. If I’m being generous I also can provide the personal branding roadmap for that person.
I consider myself as a Progenitor. Like giving sigil identities for my kids – Eagle for my firstborn ENFJ daughter Gaelle, Lion for my secondborn ISFP Kaleb (but he acts as a spider often times, quick to hide and move) and Shart for my youngest ISTP alpha Zabel who is bossy.
As a serial entrepreneur, business management consultant I also automatically think of the best business venture that will match their identity, talents/gifts, level of allowed risk. Provide motivation and solutions for funding or how to start, grow, manage and scale.
Still on another layer, I take note of their love language so I know how to motivate the person and show them how I care in ways they can really understand. Aside from knowing their educational background, which can also be a source of insecurity to some, I observe their working styles and habits. I go beyond and see their attitude (which is more important than accolades) if they are teachable, hardworking, trustworthy. I also try to give them a vision of their potential, like encouraging a project engineer to be a contractor in a few years if the right path is pursued. I instinctively know the right motivational content and delivery for that person / group.
