Three Things God will Pour Out on His Children

Text Verse: Joel 2:23 ESV “Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God, for he has given the early rain for your vindication; he has poured down for you abundant rain, the early and the latter rain, as before.”

God will send a rain of vindication, a shower of blessings, and an overflow of His goodness. Those who trust in the Lord will never be put into shame.
Joel 2:21 KJV
“Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the Lord will do great things.”

1. God will Pour Out AN OVERFLOW OF HIS PROVISIONS.
   Joel 2:24 KJV “And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.”
   We are blessed by God to be a blessing. Pinapalawak ng Diyos ang ating pananaw patungkol sa Kanyang biyaya. We not only think about just our needs but also the needs of others. There is a certain group of people and generation that we are supposed to minister to. Ang Panginoon ang naglalagay niyan sa ating puso at isipan. Kaya hindi sakto lang ang binibigay ng Diyos ito ay sobra sobra dahil marami ang nangangailangan. Sa lahat ng aspeto ng binibigay sayo ng Diyos, ito ay maguumapaw. Time, Energy, Strength, Finances, Relationships, Ministries. God will abundantly bless you to advance His kingdom.
2. God will Pour Out CONTENTMENT & SATISFACTION.
   Joel 2:26 KJV
   “And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.”
   In God there is fullness of joy. Fullness means completeness. Walang kulang. Ang taong ‘satisfied’ ay hindi naghahanap ng mga bagay na wala sakanya kundi mapagpasalamat sa mga bagay na meron siya. If God is our Provider, then whatever we have is what we need. Many times in the Scripture, when men and women of faith ask God for a miracle, God always asks ‘what is in your hand?’. Kung anong meron ka sapat na niyan dahil kayang palaguin yan ng Diyos. Greed never satisfies. Envy causes you to miss what God has for you. In God there is contentment and satisfaction.
3. God will Pour Out HIS SPIRIT.
   Joel 2:28 KJV
   “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:”
   This promise has already been fulfilled. Jesus died for us so that we can be cleansed from all our sins. In that way, the Holy Spirit can dwell in us. We are containers of God’s presence. That is why the vessel must be cleansed, it must be made holy. Acts 2:1-4 In the day of Pentecost, all disciples received the Holy Spirit.
   The Holy Spirit allows us to see how God sees, to think how God thinks, and to act how God acts. John 16:13 NKJV “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.”

God will show His vision for your life. He has put dreams in your heart that is sometimes hard to believe. He created you for a purpose. Hindi kailanman nagkamali ang Diyos. Pinili Niya tayo upang maipahayag ang Kanyang katotohanan at makita ang Kanyang kaharian sa pamamagitan natin.
